I was looking for inspiration the other week what to write to our male readers. I haven’t personally met anyone before with PE so it was a big surprise that actually 5%-30% of men have premature ejaculation. To be fair, I don’t think many guys would declare it publically anyway so no wonder I haven’t met anyone before with this condition.

Habits you have learned over time
As a man you can probably say it in all honestly that when you first started masturbating you did it as quick as possible in order to avoid being caught. That’s one of the reason why it’s so difficult to revert back to lasting longer now cause it’s in your blood.
Your brain controls how quickly you ejaculate and if you are being both in stress and very anxious you will ejaculate prematurely.
If one feels that they can’t really control their erection and the length it takes before they ejaculate then that might lead to uncontrolled and unreliable erection. Your brain does it to be sure that you ejaculate as quick as possible to avoid not ejaculating at all.
How to fix it
Doesn’t matter what is the cause of your premature ejaculation, a little tweak here and there should help. So couple of things you could try.
Conditional & Response
Men become accustomed to go off at certain times and ways – learning to do it in different ways and respond differently can improve your mental state and hopefully slow you down. One of the easiest ways to improve your PE is switching hands when masturbating. If you have always masturbated with your left hand then try it with your right hand instead. Additionally you can push yourself to the point where you feel it’s coming but stop it there, stop stimulating yourself and let it go soft again. Once it’s soft you can start again. That should teach you limit how far you can go before ejaculating and will improve your overall control.
The Stop and Go Technique
You can try another easy technique, stop and go. This one has nothing to do with masturbating; it’s all about controlling how you pee. So do have any effect on your PE you can try to stop the flow of urine while peeing. Stop it for 3 seconds, and then carry on for few seconds, and then stop again. The more you practice it the more it will teach you how to control the muscles of your penis better and should make you last longer in bed as well.
The area just below the penis head, try squeezing it as soon as you feel that you are getting close to the point. So, when you feel that you are getting close to ejaculation, pull your penis out, apply pressure for few seconds and then re-enter. That technique will reduce the stimulation effect on your penis and should improve you once again.
The Scrotal Pull
If you don’t like the “stop and go” technique previously mentioned then you can try another method where you pull the sack away from your body. That usually works pretty well to stop the orgasm and leaves you with few more minutes to enjoy your sexual intercourse.
